Leica Sighting | Kong: Skull Island

Brie Larson can be seen using an M3 with a 35 Summaron with removable goggles and an MR meter. A very sharp observer noticed that the lens f3.5 lens has a serial number 1488,xxx, which is correct for the Summaron.

It was also nice to see her load a roll of KODAK Plus X Pan at one point.

She also has Luigi strap for it.

Brie is also a film photographer, still using her Canon AE-1 on the set, which was her first camera. That was my first camera as well. Read more about her and see her behind the scene film shots here at USA Today.

The KODAK Plus X Pan was just a nice detail.

Yes, the viewfinder lines and the parallax center are not exact, but come on, a great attempt.

In an early scene in a darkroom, there is a Domke bag in the background.
